Shipping and return
Your pack shipment
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Shipping fees are fixed according to the amount in dollars of the shipment (see shipping costs below).
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

$30 to $74,99 = $15 CAD
$75 à $99,99 = $18 CAD
Over $100 = Free
Shipping within Canada (other provinces)*
$1 to $29,99 = $15 CAD
$30 to $74,99 = $18 CAD
$75 to $99,99 = $20 CAD
Over $100 = Free
Shipping to the USA (continental US only)*
$1 to $24,99 = $8 CAD
$25 to $49,99 = $15 CAD
$50 to $74,99 = $25 CAD
Over $75 = $35 CAD (calculation is made in the shopping cart according to the amount)

Returns
All sales are final unless you have not received the correct item or if there is a manufacturers defect (please provide a picture as proof). Should this be the case, please contact us at info@pigeonletterpress.com.
